This Privacy Policy explains how Kijiweni ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the Kijiweni mobile application (the "App"). By using the App you agree to the practices described below.

• Mobile phone number — used to identify your account and to sign you in.

We do not collect your email address, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

• To create and maintain your Kijiweni account.
• To authenticate you when you sign in to the App.
• To personalize your in-app experience (for example, by greeting you by name).
• To respond to your support requests.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your name and mobile number are not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the App.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely on our servers. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. While no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, we work to safeguard your information.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your Kijiweni account at any time directly from the App:

1. Open the Kijiweni app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

When you delete your account, your name, mobile number, and associated account data are permanently removed from our active systems. If you are unable to delete your account from the App for any reason, you can email us at heroesprojecttz@gmail.com from the mobile number associated with your account and we will delete it for you.

Children's Privacy

Kijiweni is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
